Fall Retreat

Yoga, Meditation and the Five Elements

A Residential Yoga Retreat at Aldermarsh on Whidbey Island, September 7 – 10, 2017

With Shannon McCall and Kat Allen

Aldermarsh 2We invite you to step away from your busy life and into a long weekend of renewal devoted to the practices that nourish and inspire you.  During our retreat, we will explore the five great elements as sources of healing and balance on all levels. The land at Aldermarsh has been stewarded with deep love and respect for years, and we will spend time on the land, immersing in the elemental forces.

Our schedule includes three sessions a day of meditation, pranayama and asana practice, agni hotra (sunrise and sunset fires), self-inquiry through journaling and with partners, group time outdoors exploring the elements, and after dinner talks, or satsang.

Afternoons are open for rest, reflection, walks, soaks, massage or a good nap. CEU’s available for yoga teachers and psychotherapists.

Our retreat begins with arrival between 3 and 5pm on Thursday, and ends with lunch on Sunday.

*Cost: $750, includes three nights accomodations, organic meals, use of the sweat lodge, and Japanese soaking tub and all classes.

*To Register: $108 non-refundable deposit via paypal (below) or via check to Shannon McCall; P.O. Box 75283, Seattle, WA 98175.
