Aldermarsh 2I invite you to step away from your busy life and into a long weekend of renewal devoted to the practices that nourish and inspire you.

During our retreat, we will explore the five great elements as sources of healing and balance on all levels. The land at Aldermarsh has been stewarded with deep love and respect for years, and we will spend time on the land, immersing in the elemental forces.

Our schedule will include 4 sessions a day of active and restorative asana, meditation, pranayama, agni hotra (sunrise and sunset fires), self-inquiry through journaling and with partners, group time outdoors exploring the elements, and evening circles or satsang. We will also spend some periods in noble silence to allow us to sink into ourselves in a deeper way.

Afternoons are open for rest, reflection, walks, soaks, massage or a good nap. CEU’s available for yoga teachers.

Our retreat begins with arrival between 3 and 5pm on Thursday, followed by an asana class, dinner and an evening program. We will end after our morning sessions with lunch on Sunday.

*Cost: $750, includes three nights accommodations, organic meals, use of the sweat lodge, and Japanese soaking tub and all classes.
