Transition into Fall with a long weekend reset at Aldermarsh Center on Whidbey Island. The land here has been stewarded with deep love and respect for years, and we are grateful to be returning again this Fall.
Our retreat begins with arrival Thursday afternoon, 2 - 5pm (late arrival is OK), followed by a post travel yoga class and dinner.
We'll begin the retreat with an opening circle after supper, orient to our practice space, meet each other and set intentions together for the weekend.

A Yoga, Meditation and Ayurveda Retreat

We'll meet for three sessions Friday and Saturday, and one+ on Sunday for active and restorative asana, meditation, pranayama, self inquires, Ayurvedic teachings and practices, ritual sunrise and sunset fires and more.
Autumn is the season of both harvest and letting go and we'll focus on supporting our bodies in both gentle purification and nourishment during our time together.
Local Ayurvedic chef, Aria Peterman will be cooking for us during our retreat.
A large wood-fired sauna and smaller Japanese hot tub will be available for our use.
Enjoy time between sessions for silent reflection, walking the grounds and the nearby Whidbey Institute, connecting with other women and rest.

This retreat coincides with preparation week for the Fall Ayurvedic Cleanse. Use the code retreat24 to join the cleanse course for just $99. After the retreat, you'll be prepared to move into the cleansing diet.
Arrival: Thursday, 2 - 4 pm; Yoga class @ 5pm.
Departure: Sunday, 1pm.
Tuition + Room, and Meals: $900 Early Bird. Register with a deposit by September 30th, 2024.
$950 after Oct 1st. Meals begin with Dinner Thursday and end with lunch on Sunday.
$108 non refundable deposit holds your space.
