A Residential Yoga Retreat at Aldermarsh on Whidbey Island, October, 10 – 13, 2019
With Shannon McCall and friends
The land at Aldermarsh has been stewarded with deep love and respect for years, and we are grateful to be able to return there again for our fall retreat weekend.
Our schedule will include 3 sessions a day of active and restorative asana, meditation, pranayama, self-inquiry through journaling and with partners, and an evening circle or satsang.
There will the opportunity to participate in sunrise and sunset fire ceremonies, agni hotra, as well as a sauna each afternoon in the awesome stone sauna.
We will also spend some periods in noble silence to allow us to sink into ourselves in a deeper way.
Afternoons are open for rest, reflection, walks, soaks, massage or a good nap. CEU’s available for yoga teachers.
Our retreat begins with arrival between 3 and 5pm on Thursday, followed by an asana class, dinner and an evening program. We will end after our morning sessions with lunch on Sunday.
*Cost: $750, includes three nights accommodations, organic meals, use of the sweat lodge, and Japanese soaking tub and all classes.
*To Register: $108 non-refundable deposit via paypal (below) or via check to Shannon McCall; P.O. Box 15967; Seattle, WA; 98115
