Please note the fee includes two appointments: the initial 1.5 hour intake and a 30 minute follow up appt. Schedule the first appointment now. The Ayurvedic Consultation includes a thorough health intake and evaluation to determine your unique constitution and present state of imbalance. Specific recommendations will be offered around lifestyle, nutrition, herbal supplementation, yoga & exercise and cleansing. We’ll meet either in person or via Zoom for your appointment. +Fee includes your initial 90-minute consultation and your first 30-minute follow-up consultation. 2 - 4 weeks later.
