I love the core exercises we are doing in class. I am feeling stronger this spring – especially in the garden. And I am really enjoying the Ayurvedic influences on my cooking. I appreciate any comments in yoga class concerning food and diet. Just being reminded of what foods are most helpful to eat –especially when I’m on the run.
